fees and payment terms

We value you as a patient and a client. We appreciate your selecting us as part of your health care team and want to do everything possible to make all aspects of your experience with our office as positive and convenient as possible.

Ours is a cash based practice. Payment in full is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check or credit cards. If you have insurance, we suggest you call your provider prior to your appointment to find out what kind of coverage you have. We will prepare an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company. However we cannot guarantee that your policy will cover your treatments.

The exception to the cash practice rule is for treatments arising from car accidents; in those cases our office will submit the invoices to your insurance company.
